Get Out of Your Head.
Get Into Your Body.

Three guided experiences designed for analytical minds that have mastered thinking, and are ready to feel something different.

Oct 11 -Vibe Rise Movement Journey
Bonus: The Breakthrough Journey

Why Most Wellness Falls Flat for Analytical People

Your group has navigated complexity most people struggle to comprehend. From protocols, to products, to markets. Simply telling them to "breathe" and "let go" isn't going to cut it.

The problem isn't that they can't. It's that their analytical mind is their safe space. It's the place they feel like they have a sense of control.

Hand someone a headset and say "dance", and they'll stand there thinking about whether they look stupid. To have these analytical minds experience the world of emotional expression, the key is to make this expression feel safe.

I know because I once had a mind like this and it's what inspires my approach:

I understand that the analytical mind needs grounded and scientific reasoning before taking action, and believe a feeling of safety is the key to taking this action.

My journeys are designed to feed the mind the information it needs, and in a way that by the time the action is asked of them (the breath, the dance, the letting go), it's the most natural action for them to take in the world.

The result? Participants are no longer at war with their mind or have discomfort with the action. They're leaning in, eager to engage and embrace the experience.

The 4 R's of Creating Shifts

Every genuine shift requires these four things to happen. My experiences are designed around this sequence.

1

Recognise

"See what's running the show"

Recognise the emotional pattern.

See the protective voices (Controller, Perfectionist, Ghost, Auto-Pilot) and your nervous system's response.

2

Reconnect

"Feel it, don't just think about it"

Reconnect to the emotion in the body.

Neuroscience shows you can only rewrite an emotional memory while it's live (Nader et al., 2000; Ecker et al., 2012).

3

Release

"Let the body discharge what the mind can't"

Release the emotion.

Somatic discharge: shaking, breath, tears, movement. The frozen survival energy completes what it couldn't finish the first time.

4

Rewire

"Change your system's default response"

Rewire your system's memory.

The brain encounters something contradicting its prediction while the old pattern is live, and rewrites the file.

Breathwork Movement Journey

Naming options: Primal Breathwork • Vibe Rise Breathwork • Shaking Breathwork • Emotional Release Breathwork

This is not lying-down, ambient-music breathwork. That format asks busy minds to be still, the exact thing analytical people struggle with. Most beginners spend the entire session thinking "am I doing this right?" instead of actually experiencing anything.

Primal Breathwork is a standing, shaking, conscious connected breathing experience. It's shorter, more intense, and far more effective for people who live in their heads.

1
Gives your busy mind something to focus on.
The shaking movement occupies the body so the analytical mind can't hijack the session. Instead of fighting thoughts, the body takes over.
2
The journey is shorter because the shaking makes it more powerful.
Shaking accelerates the process. We achieve in 25 minutes what traditional breathwork takes 45+ minutes to reach.
3
It's more fun and empowering.
Instead of lying still waiting for something to happen, you're tapping into primal energy. People leave feeling activated, not drained.

The Science

Polyvagal theory shows that shaking is the nervous system's natural discharge mechanism. Every animal in nature trembles after a threat to release stored survival energy. Humans are the only species that suppresses this response. Primal Breathwork reactivates it, combining conscious connected breathing with somatic shaking to release tension the mind can't think its way out of.

After completing a 400-hour breathwork teacher training and years of facilitating, I noticed a consistent pattern: the people who need breathwork most, high-performers with overactive minds, are the ones traditional formats fail. This experience was designed specifically for them.

We don't have any videos because we believe safety is the biggest factor in emotional release. I never let a videographer in the room as I believe it significantly alters the feeling of safety of the participant.

Vibe Rise Movement Journey

Naming options: Sunset Rave • Vibe Rise Dance Flow • Guided Active Meditation Journey

You've tried a silent disco before and it fell flat. That's because handing out headsets and pressing play isn't an experience. It's karaoke without the screen. Of course analytical people stood around feeling awkward.

Vibe Rise Movement Journey is fundamentally different. It's a guided journey through headsets overlooking the sunset, designed to take people from "I don't dance" to full euphoric expression, without a single moment of feeling exposed.

Here's why it works:

Safety comes first. The number one reason people can't dance isn't physical. It's that their nervous system reads "people watching me move" as a threat. We use meditation, breathwork, and carefully sequenced music to shift the nervous system from threat mode to play mode before a single dance move happens.

Dance is simply joyful movement. We don't ask anyone to "dance." We guide people through a journey of movement, starting with gentle movements with their eyes closed, to slow walking, growing to more active movements. By the time the music peaks, people are moving because they can't not move. The body takes over.

The headsets create a private sound cocoon. We're biologically wired to move our body to music, our headsets leverage this. The noise cancelling blocks out all distractions, while the Hi-Fi sound quality causes people who "don't dance" finding themselves moving to the music.

Why After Breathwork

The breathwork on the 10th isn't just a standalone experience. It's strategic. When your group has a genuine felt transformation the day before, it creates credibility. They'll trust the process on the 11th because they've already felt what's possible. That trust is what makes the dance work.

As the owner of Bali's largest silent disco headset company with 600+ hi-fi noise-cancelling headsets and years of facilitating dance journeys at Bali's best venues, this is the experience I've refined more than any other. It's been described as "an explosion of joy" by people who came in saying they don't dance.

The Breakthrough

2-Hour Guided Journey • All 4 R's in One Session • Breathwork + Dance + Visualization

The Breakthrough is a two-hour guided journey that spends the most time on each of the 4 R's: Recognise, Reconnect, Release, Rewire. It's not breathwork plus dance. It's a designed transformation where each phase feeds the next.

The Breakthrough goes deeper by first identifying exactly what is being held, why the nervous system installed it, and then guiding the body through a complete rewrite.

It's designed around a simple truth: every ambitious person has an edge they want to break through, and an internal voice telling them it's not safe to try.

The Four Protective Voices

These aren't personality types. They're nervous system patterns installed to protect you from an old wound. They were useful once. Now they're running the show, blocking the next breakthrough:

The Controller

"If I do enough, I'll be safe"

Overworks, over-prepares, micromanages outcomes. Capable and energized, but running on anxiety. Can't delegate because safety = control.

The Perfectionist

"I'm not ready yet"

Gas and brake pressed simultaneously. Deeply capable but paralyzed by self-doubt. Prepares endlessly instead of shipping. Mistakes feel existentially dangerous.

The Ghost

"I need to get out of here"

Withdraws before testing capability. Has the energy but directs it away. More capable than they believe, but disappears at the critical moment.

The Auto-Pilot

"I'm fine, just tired"

Going through the motions. Checked out. Feels "safe" because nothing is being risked, but it's the absence of risk, not the presence of aliveness.

The Three-Act Journey

I
The Compass (35 min)
Identify the block and the edge you're attempting to breakthrough but feel stuck. Surface which protective voice is holding the line and why.
II
The Release (35 min)
A guided visualization into a guided shaking conscious connected breathwork. Participants breathe into the edge they identified. The body releases what the mind has been gripping.
III
The Rise (25 min)
A short movement journey to physically feel the difference and leave feeling empowered, not battered around. Including a new identity statement: "After today, I'm someone who ___."

Why It Works

The journey follows the neuroscience of memory reconsolidation, a process where the brain, under specific conditions, can actually rewrite emotional patterns at the source. By reactivating a felt memory (the edge), introducing a contradictory somatic experience (breathwork + movement), and consolidating through the dance, participants don't just understand their pattern. They experience a shift in it.

The Strategic Sequence

My recommendation is we do the breathwork on the 10th as it's an easier journey to create a felt transformation that builds trust. That trust will make participants more open and willing to the dance on the 11th.

October 10 -Evening

Primal Breathwork

Creates a genuine felt experience. When analytical people feel something shift in their body that their mind didn't orchestrate, it builds credibility. They stop being skeptical observers and become participants.

October 11 -Sunset

Vibe Rise Movement Journey

With trust established from the breathwork, people are willing to go further. The sunset cliff setting combined with the guided journey through headsets makes this the peak moment of the retreat. Expect the group to bond deeply here.

Bonus session if interested - recommended on October 11th

The Breakthrough

The complete 2-hour transformation that combines both modalities with guided visualization. This is the deepest experience. Best scheduled when the group has already built trust, either as a standalone session or as the capstone of the retreat.

What's the Difference in Each?

Breathwork Movement Journey

Biggest focus: Release

Discharge stored emotion through shaking and conscious connected breathing.

Vibe Rise Movement Journey

Biggest focus: Reconnect

Reconnect to joyful expression and your body through guided movement.

The Breakthrough

Equal weighting on all four R's

The deepest experience. Spends the most time on each R in a single continuous journey.

Nic Huzz

Meet Huzz

Beginning of 2023 I committed to doing one thing a week that absolutely terrified me for a whole year.

I'd felt stuck and lost in my job for the past 3 years. To break free I read every book, did every course, paid for coaches. Nothing worked. I'd reached breaking point.

At the time I was so scared of judgement that even talking to camera and posting on Instagram terrified me, so week 1 of the challenge that's exactly what I did.

Over the next few months I did everything from:

  • Magic tricks for random people at restaurants (I'm not a magician)
  • Sang for a live audience (I'm a horrible singer)
  • Stand-up comedy for a room of people (I'm not a comedian)

And most transformationally, started pop-up raves with silent disco headsets. Within 3 months I did what I'd been too scared to do for the previous three years: quit my job.

Within 12 months I'd grown from running sunset silent discos on the beach with 13 headsets to 350 headsets and Bali's largest silent disco rental company & events.

The two years since have been the equivalent of my Rocky training montage video, showing up week after week after week hosting:

  • Vibe Rise dance journeys
  • Breathwork journeys
  • Subconscious shift guided visualisations

At all of Uluwatu's top yoga studios.

Each session refining my craft, my understanding and skills, with the ambition and belief that I can create the best guided experiences in the world.

The number 1 thing my journey has taught me is we don't rise to the level of our ambitions. We fall to the level of our comfort zone.

I believe the most reliable indicator of success isn't discipline like the gym bros tell you, motivation like the hustle bros tell you or clarity like the self-help industry tells you. It's your comfort zone. Change your comfort zone, change your life.

All my sessions are designed and inspired by this insight.
